A FESTIVAL of Fun is on the cards for all ages at London City Airport's annual fun day on Saturday July 3.
And you can win a free session on a British Airways Flight Simulator thanks to the airport and the Newham Recorder and Stratford Express
All you have to do is answer a simple question and e-mail the answer in to us.
We have a number of spaces available for one of the main attractions at the fun day.
The Silvertown airport's fun day will be at a different venue this year.
It takes place at Thames Barrier Park and features a range of thrilling attractions for the entire family to enjoy. Keeping with tradition Fun Day's theme is 'Festival of Fun' with emphasis on sport, fitness and health activities.
Organisers are also hoping the event will help them raise funds for Richard House hospice, writes COLIN GRAINGER, The Editor.
Visitors this year can enjoy three interactive zone areas. Back by popular demand are West Ham United providing drills and activities for all football enthusiasts to perfect their skills. Though there is no air show, children can take to the skies on a Jet Plane kiddy ride or for those more daring they can climb the Helter-skelter slide for a ten-metre exhilarating plunge.
Fight for Peace will be offering taster boxing lessons to those brave enough to get into the ring and children can hit the synthetic slopes in the ski play area.
London City Airport's Community Relations team along with local partners will be running a number of exciting activities and demos throughout the day.
The Fun Day takes place on Saturday July 3 at Thames Barrier Park from 11.30am to 3.30pm. The Docklands Light Railway will bring you directly to Pontoon Dock station which leads you to the festival of fun. For more information regarding the London City Airport Fun Day visit www.funday2010.com
Over the past fourteen years London City Airport's Fun Day has become a successful annual community event with more than 25,000 visitors attending last year. It has helped raise more than £41,000 for Richard House, London's first children's hospice in Beckton.
To stand a chance of winning a ride on the simulator, just tell us how many metres the Helter Skelter ride plunges.
