Travel news update - details

CONTINUING improvement works on the Tube and Overground rail networks will again cause travel disruption this weekend.
Passengers are advised to check before you travel.
Here are the local highlights covering both networks.
On Sunday the entire Jubilee line will be suspended for line upgrade work. There will be bus replacement services for local journeys among them: North Greenwich - Canning Town - West Ham - Stratford and after 8.30pm Canary Wharf - East India Canning Town - West Ham- Stratford.
The Hammersmith & City line will be completely suspended all weekend while on Sunday there will be no Metropolitan line between Aldgate and Harrow-on-the-Hill for upgrade work.
A trouble-free weekend should be found on the Docklands Light Railway, London Tramlink, Central line, The Piccadilly, Victoria line and the Waterloo & City which does not operate on Sundays.
On the London Overground there will be no Sunday service between Stratford and Richmond. Bus replacements have been organised.
